LEADERSHIP TIPS: 
Five CORE ACTIONS in Common:
(All Successful Entrepreneurs have in common)
#1. DECIDE (What it IS you actually want!) – In 90 day blocks of time!
#2. Eventually Uncover Your WHY! (It’s hard to borrow someone else’s why) – Until you uncover your why…go for the money!
#3. Every person, without exception, had a WRITTEN GAME PLAN! – (Get the largest Calendar, left hand margin make a list of everything that matters in your life…ex: spiritual, family & business) – Get it out of your head and down on paper.
#4. DUPLICATION – At least two new conversations per day, 4 days/week with potential Customers/Business Associates
#5. COMMITMENT – (doing the thing I said I will do, long after the feeling I said it in has past) Committing to PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT – Getting better, while I do it! (Read & Re-Read…then Re-Read… for 30 minutes every day) Turn my automobile into a traveling Classroom. – Spend more time on less material!

QUESTIONS TO ASK OURSELVES…HEADING INTO 2012!
“Massive Success boils down to the simple, Decisions & ACTIONS we make on a Daily Basis!”
#1. Am I crystal clear on WHY I am building my Business? How is this helping me fulfill my PURPOSE?
#2. What NEW HABITS am I going to develop, to support my Goals for 2012?
#3. Am I working closely with successful Leaders/MENTORS who are helping me work smart & be accountable?
#4. What EVENTS am I committed to on a Weekly, Monthly & Year basis?
#5. How many NEW CONNECTIONS am I going to make, 5 days a week regarding my Business?
#6. Do I have a workable and simple FOLLOW-UP SYSTEM in Place?
#7. Do I clearly understand what & how our TEAM/SUCCESS SYSTEM works….and how to plug others in as well?

LESSON #1 OF FOUR EARLY LESSONS FROM MY NETWORK MARKETING JOURNEY
Here is Lesson #1 of four of the key lessons that I learned early in my Network Marketing journey… that I love to share with other entrepreneurs on this same journey:
First Company in 1992, and the Lesson Learned -
I knew in my heart, that any venture I associated with had to be about genuine care, authenticity and educating potential customers and business partners. As my very first Team was coming together, the top Sales Trainer for the company came and spent a few days with my team & I. The Sales Trainer & Owner were all about manipulation, sales techniques and getting the sale whether it was idea for the customer or not. Yikes! I knew in my heart this was not the route for me.
Lesson number one learned, the companies core values and mission must be in line with our own priorities & ethics.
Note: Find a company that lives by the Motto….”If it’s not right for the Associate, it’s not right for the Company.” They must have a big, bold Mission and a Go-Give Culture of giving back. Only then, can you truly fall in love with your Company and what it stands for!!
