“I SEE YOU”

“I SEE YOU”

The more we learn from, emulate & model respected Leaders, the more we realize that it is their actions that speak loudest:

  • We see them consistently do the actions that they so passionately teach others to do

  • We see them make decisions for the greater good

  • We see them make tough decisions as to who to spend time with

  • We see them spend a lot of time in learning & growing

  • We see them edifying & empowering others constantly

  • We see them sharing a clear vision and intently listening to the Dreams of those they lead

  • We see them taking time out for Who & What matters most

  • We SEE their Heart & Sincere Desire that others will Step Into their Greatness & Power

  • Finally, We see Ourselves in Them!

6 Steps to Prospecting & Enrolling Success:

  1. Positivity Check – Remember, we’re looking for people who are choosing to live life fully. In face-to-face settings, look for the smile back when we smile at them.  Listen for the warm acknowledgement when we greet them. On the internet, look for the positive quotes, a picture with energy and presence, fun and/or uplifting wal posts.
  2. Uplift – Recognize their gifts and qualities that make them unique and powerful. It may the career path that we admire and respect. It may be the the way they uplift others around them.  saying or thought that they shared that inspired you. Acknowledge there God given talents and qualities in a genuine way.
  3. Common ground – Find a common ground with this amazing, unique individual that fate and life have caused your paths to cross. The key here is asking leading questions about them and their journey and then “focused” & “attentive” listening!
  4. Invitation – Remember, “Separate the Invitation from the Presentation”. This is where we connect with a “gap” or “pain” in their life and then invite them to look at a possible solution. Remember, the key here is to avoid going into a presentation…the goal is to invite, set the time and then use the duplicatable tools to clearly show the “Big” picture.
  5. Present – Use your duplicatible online tool(s) to educate our prospect on what we can bring into his/her life. Example: online video, audio, conference call, binder, 3-way call. The key question to ask…if they enroll with me right now, can they turn around and effectively present in the same powerful way that I just did? If not, then we might want to re-think the way we are presenting our “Gift”.
  6. Assumptive Close – I always assume that this person will be my next “top Banana” in our business, until they prove me right or wrong. And the upside is, I’m not attached to the outcome…I work in having an abundance mindset. I suggest using “visual” tools whenever possible to show them What Most People Do and then ask which option looks like it would best serve their needs.

HAPPY PROSPECTING & KNOW THAT PASSION & PERSISTANCE ARE UNSTOPPABLE!!

Network Marketing Training – “The 4 Fuels”

Networking Pic Shaking HandsTHE FOUR FUELS
HOW TO KEEP THE FIRE OF PASSION BURNING

* VISION

One of the “Seven Habits of Highly Success People” by Stephen Covey is, “Begin with the End in Mind”. My question to you is, do you know what the ideal journey looks like? And, yes the word is journey as opposed to destination. I believe it’s about who we become in the process of pursuing a worthy cause that is most important. How many of our God-given talents have we grown and developed along the way? How many individuals around us have we inspired to step into their greatness as well.

This is one area that Joy and I are constantly working on. Defining, Expanding and Clarifying our Vision of what we want our “Journey” to be! Let’s play it in living technicolor in our mind, then step up and live it!!

* UNSHAKABLE FAITH

I’ll let the Good Book and a favorite mentor reflect on this subject. Suffice to say, you’ve got to have unshakable faith in your path to truly have long- lasting success! As the popular song says, “You’ve gotta have Faith”!

Hebrews: Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Mathew: If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

“You’ve got to develop confidence in yourself. The word ‘confidence’ comes from two words which literally mean, ‘trust by heart’. So, you either trust by’ heart or you don’t. Nobody can do it for you. Excerpt from John Kalench’s book, “Being the Best You Can be in MLM”

* EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE

“Leaders are Readers”! Most of us have heard something like that, well do we take it to heart? One area of my life that I am totally committed to is to remain the life-time student attitude. To always be open to new ideas, growth and stretching constantly.

There is a reason that the true Leaders plug into the Events, Personal Growth, Conference Calls and Learning Opportunities. They have learned and taken to heart the reality that our Level of Success is directly proportionate to the level of Maturity, Leadership Ability and Communication Skills that we develop. I am committed to a lifetime of learning and growth….join me on this journey and our dreams will become a reality!

* ENVIRONMENT OF SUPPORT

David Wood, master trainer, friend and head of our companies Personal Development Program loves to quote, “Environment is stronger than willpower”. It seems to me that if you accept this statement at any level, you will realize that what we choose to surround and immerse ourselves in every day will greatly determine who we become.

The old saying “We can’t fly with the eagles if we are pecking around in the dirt with the Chickens” surely does apply here, eh!

Every great leader, mentor and inspirational person that I’ve read about or met, consciously surrounds themselves with “positivity” on a daily basis. They surround themselves with people that hold a common vision and values. They read, watch and listen to media that uplifts them. Let’s create an environment that feeds us not depletes us! Remember, we choose our environment….so let’s all chose wisely!

FREEDOM POEM

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
