PATHWAY TO OUR DREAMS = “COMMITMENT”

If there is one quality that every highly successful Networker has in abundance, it is the ability to rise up and fully “COMMIT” to the journey that they have chosen. Personally, I haven’t always been the most naturally talented in many endeavors, yet I always consistently showed up and stepped up. And that made all the difference.

The writing below, by the great poet and philosopher Goethe, sums up to me the true essence of the recipe for major success in our life and business.

Hello and Happy Thanksgiving to my North American friends! And to those friends in other parts of this beautiful globe that we are all merrily spinning around on, may you live in gratitude and thankfulness today.

I just came back from an amazing event hosted by our company and lead by a dear mentor. This annual event is called “Beyond Courage” and is held at beautiful El Capitan Resort (Santa Barbara, CA). “AVOID THE SNIOP SYNDROME”

“If you are constantly overwhelmed with oughts and shoulds, sit back and ask yourself why?

The answer is probably this: too many goals or goals that are too vague, too broad, too complex. So pick one goal. Then define it, narrow it and break it down into manageable steps.

Making a Difference, One Person at a Time…..RWA : ))

7/6 Journal Entry: It’s Tuesday and had a powerful day Networking yesterday. New enrollment and connections with a couple of very positive individuals. It was a reminder that the greatest gifts are the relationships that we build and then nurture.

Hello Online Friends,

Checking in at the beginning of the week here on Monday. Already had a couple of Strategy / Coaching calls today with Team Business Partners. Here are a couple of the points that we went over:

• Want your day to soar?! Then, eat the crust first. In other words, “DO FIRST THINGS FIRST!” One simple yet powerful example is commit to getting your two or more NEW Conversations in before lunch each day. Then just watch how everything flows out from that core. Remember, the NEW conversations about our Product and/or Business is the priority, everything is secondary to that!
• “BECOME COMFORTABLE, BEING UNCOMFORTABLE!” Want to have an insightful guage that will tell you that you are in the right place and growing into a higher income and pin rank? Then ask yourself at the end of the day, “Was I uncomfortable a number of times today”? In other words, did I do key actions that demanded that I stretch and grow? That, my friends is the tell-tale fore runner of high level achievement! Remember, the butterfly would never have transformed without the pain, growth and a steady pushing of it’s comfort zone in the cocoon, eh!

• Personal: It’s Friday, we’re here in Iowa with the grandkids…working abit, playing alot and in middle of launching our dedicated Social Media Project.
• Highpoints: Seeing our key Team leaders soar and find success! See the steady growth and movement in the direction of our next big goal!
• Key Lesson: If the Project appears overwhelming, step back, break it down into bite size chunks and celebrate each step checked off!

I’ve found a few key questions are key in helping to Qualify and find out if your new friends are in the looking zone for our products and/or business.

Here are a few key ones:

• What do you do?
• How long have you been doing that? What does that entail?
• What do you like most about ____?
• How has the economic ups and downs affected your business/health/etc…?
• Do you look for answers for ________?
• If yes, then: Are you familiar with (our niche market)? If no, next.

And on from there. If you would like to avoid the big “R” thing (Rejection). Make a friend, find out what they do and are all about and if they are open to an answer to a need(s). Only then, go into our solution.
