7/6 Journal Entry – “Personal Call to Actions”
Hello and Happy Thanksgiving to my North American friends! And to those friends in other parts of this beautiful globe that we are all merrily spinning around on, may you live in gratitude and thankfulness today.
I just came back from an amazing event hosted by our company and lead by a dear mentor. This annual event is called “Beyond Courage” and is held at beautiful El Capitan Resort (Santa Barbara, CA). Thus the picture at right on the beach last week. I wanted to share an excerpt from my journal with you.
My Personal Call to Actions:
- I will listen more
- Reinforce myself & others more
- Coach with firm compassion
- Lead with extraordinary vision
- See with clarity & purpose
- Prospect with energy & passion
- Dance more
- Laugh more
- Live life larger
- View others with empathy & acceptance
- Tell my family I love & appreciate them more
- Celebrate with my Associates more
- Serve & uplift others more
- Pray more
- Fully embrace & be in the present
- Let my God-given talents shine brightly
- Live a life of gratitude & thankfulness
“The goal of many leaders is to get people to think more highly of the leader. The goal of a great leader is to help people to think more highly of themselves.” ~ J. Carla Nortcutt
“The adventure of life is to learn. The purpose of life is to grow. The nature of life is to change. The challenge of life is to overcome. The essence of life is to care. The opportunity of like is to serve. The secret of life is to dare. The spice of life is to befriend. The beauty of life is to give.” ~ William Arthur Ward
My challenge to myself and each of you is to constantly seek out and act on ways and means to become more and thus increase our ability to serve and give back. My belief is that, when we live a life of contribution and service, success and abundance will seek us out.
Your partner in transformation….Robert

Sometimes it’s really that simple, isn’t it? I feel a little stupid for not thinking of this myself/earlier, though.
I cannot believe this is true!
